Early May, my brother and I took our mom out for some fun to the Carlsbad Flower Fields for Mother’s Day! We made it out just in time to see the flowers on the last day and they were still beautiful! It’s rare for us to explore San Diego, so this was a special day for us. It was just before noon and of course, knowing it was Mother’s Day, it would be packed and it was.
